I help couples improve connection and communication. Human design for couples. Take the relationship assessment.

This space is for you … the couple (or individual This space is for you … the couple (or individual in a relationship) who wants to go from feeling like disconnected roommates to connected, romantic partners again.

Hi! I’m Leanne and I’m a certified relationship coach with degrees in psychology and education … so I care about helping you build the foundations that actually make a difference in your relationship.

And I also get it. My partner and I went from disconnected (with lots of conflict) and separated … to back together with awesome communication and intimate connection.

I’m on a mission to help other couples do the same.

So, you’ll find content (here in these nine posts and in reels and stories - - I don’t post on my feed) about:

1️⃣ Discovering who you are as an individual and as a couple and how your uniqueness interacts.

2️⃣ Intentionally creating connection and intimacy.

3️⃣ Communicating in a healthy way.
Shifting the stuff that gets in the way of connection.

4️⃣ And human design because it’s a key tool I use to support you with all of the above.

All based on my Connected Relationship framework.

Want to discover your strengths and biggest areas of need in your relationship right now and what you can do to improve things? Take the Connected Relationship Assessment. Comment the word CONNECT or send me a DM and I’ll send you the link.

See you there!

You may know that I’m a relationship coach who hel You may know that I’m a relationship coach who helps couples create intimate connection and communication.

But you may not know that my partner and I were separated for almost five years after having a lot of disconnection!

I said we were separated … so, what happened? We got back together (and had a superhero re-wedding, which is a story for another time)!

What the heck led to us getting back together? It started with individual work on the underlying stuff.

And then in a deep conversation, we agreed to three additional things (this became my Connected Relationship Method):

1️⃣ To communicate in a healthy, constructive way.

2️⃣ To honor our authentic selves and support each other in
becoming the best version of ourselves.

3️⃣ And to intentionally create emotional intimacy.

We’ve continued to do all of this and more and we created a deep connection, calm and honest communication and a relationship that nourishes us.

This is how powerful having my Connected Relationship Method can be and how important it is to know how to build the foundations that actually make a difference.

We still have disagreements, of course. But with the foundations, we talk things out, listen and respond (not react), work on the shit under the surface and have fun connecting.

We got back together over ten years ago and have been together for over 30 years now, but I still remember the disconnection.

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping you (through practical solutions that actually work).

Ready to create a deeper connection, too? DM me the word CONNECT to get started with discovering your strengths and areas of growth in your relationship.

A connected relationship isn’t going to magically A connected relationship isn’t going to magically fall into your lap (if you’ve been waiting, avoiding and hoping things will resolve on their own but are only feeling more disconnected, you know what I mean).

And trying to fix things with tactics that are really just Band-aids isn’t going to work long term.

So, what does it actually take? It takes intentionally investing in your relationship in five ways:

1️⃣ Core identity: Discover who you are individually, including your human design.

2️⃣ Couple identity: Learn who you are as a couple and how you interact, including your patterns, relationship vision and human design connection chart.

3️⃣ Communication: Practice healthy communication, including emotional intelligence and skills so you feel less awkward having conversations.

4️⃣ Connection: Create connection and intimacy intentionally, even if you’re busy.

5️⃣ Conditioning shifts: Become aware of and shift the societal influences, limiting beliefs, fear, shame and other factors that get in the way of connection.

These foundations (which are ongoing and interconnected) are what my partner and I did to go from disconnected and separated to back together and intimately connected again.

I know you’re tired of feeling like strangers in the same house.

But I’m here to tell you that it is possible to create the connected
relationship you want.

If you’re ready to start creating a deeper connection with your partner so you can go from feeling like roommates to romantic partners again, DM me the word CONNECT to discover your strengths and areas for growth in your relationship.
